If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or below our usual quality, email drew@customcubed.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. Because our products are 3D printed and often custom-made, normal layer lines and small variations in surface or color are not defects. If a return is needed, the item should come back in its original condition unless it arrived damaged or defective.
