Please double-check the spelling before submitting your order. Longer names may be sized slightly smaller so they fit the keychain properly.
Because each keychain is 3D printed, small layer lines or minor variations may be visible. These are normal parts of the printing process and make each piece unique.
Shipping & returns
Shipping: Every piece is made to order. Most orders print and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Returns: We stand behind our work with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or below our usual quality, email drew@customcubed.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. Because our products are 3D printed and often custom-made, normal layer lines and small variations in surface or color are not defects. If a return is needed, the item should come back in its original condition unless it arrived damaged or defective.
